I worked the Camel Snus promotion for Roots N Blues (Columbia, MO) and Taste of St. Louis (St. Louis, MO) for Devolution Staffing, the people Devon found to work the event were great, the Camel people were very nice and Devon followed up and made things easy with his communication. I managed one of the events and both the events went great and payment was very quick so everyone was happy. I would definitely work for the company again and it was a great experience!

Devolution is one of the more professional companies out there. He is great when it comes to communication with his staff, and payment is always received in a timely manner. I always look forward to his events!!

I JUST FINISHED MY FIRST EVENT WITH DEVON @ DEVOLUTION SOLUTIONS AND IT WAS A REFRESHING CHANGE! DEVON, THE AGENCY OWNER, WAS MY POINT OF CONTACT AND HE WAS USUALLY AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY OR WITHIN THE HOUR. HE WAS POLITE AND ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT CONTRACTING WITH ME, AND WAS TOTALLY UP FRONT ABOUT EVERY PIECE OF INFO HE HAD REGARDING THE JOB.

THE EVENT WAS FOR OLD CHICAGO'S PIZZA & PASTA RESTAURANT IN OKC, OK. A COUPON/FLYER HANDOUT BY A TEAM OF 4 FOLLOWED BY A STRONG PROMOTION OF THEIR SEASONAL GIFT CARDS. EVEN EASIER, IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR BLACK FRIDAY AND THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY/SUNDAY.

DEVON WAS COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT THE FACT THAT THIS EVENT WAS THROWN TOGETHER AT THE LAST MINUTE BY ANOTHER MARKETING FIRM, HE WAS CONTRACTED TO SIMPLY FIND THE STAFF. HE INFORMED MY ENTIRE TEAM THAT HE WASN'T SURE IF THIS KIND OF PROMO WOULD WORK IN THE OKLAHOMA MARKET AND THAT THE OUTSIDE MARKETING FIRM HAD NOT OBTAINED PERMISSION OR PERMITS FOR US TO DISTRIBUTE/LEAFLET/SOLICIT ON ANY PROPERTY, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW, MOST OKLAHOMA BUSINESS BOTH MAJOR AND MINOR, CORPORATE OR PRIVATELY OWNED, HAVE A CLEARLY POSTED NO SOLICITATION POLICY. THIS IS CONSIDERED BY OUR STATE LAWS TO BE A LEGAL WARNING, IF YOU ATTEMPT TO SOCIALITE ON THEIR PROPERTY THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WARN YOU AGAIN OR ASK YOU TO LEAVE, THEY CAN SIMPLY CALL THE POLICE & HAVE YOU ESCORTED OFF PROPERTY OR ARRESTED. ALSO ALL PUBLIC AREAS OR LAND ARE CONSIDERED LEGALLY OWNED BY THE CITY/STATE/FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND REQUIRE A PERMIT TO SOCIALITE ON. AGAIN, YOU CAN BE ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY OR ARRESTED BY POLICE WITH NO WARNINGS, AS THIS POLICY IS STATE LAW.

ANYWAYS, THE WEATHER WAS HORRIBLE AND DROVE ALL FOOT TRAFFIC INSIDE ALL WEEKEND. WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE EVERY PLACE WE TRIED TO HAND OUT FLYERS OR SELL GIFT CARDS AND THE OVERALL GIFT CARD PROMO WAS A TOTAL FAILURE, NOT 1 SINGLE GIFT CARD SOLD. HOWEVER, TO OUR CREDIT WE DID HAND OUT OVER 1500 COUPON/FLYERS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE ALL TERRIFIED WE WOULDN'T GET PAID DUE TO THE POOR PERFORMANCE OF THE EVENT. DEVON WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, LET US KNOW WE DID A GREAT JOB DESPITE MANY HANDICAPS AND ASSURED US THAT HIS AGENCY WAS CUTTING OUR CHECKS AND THAT WE WOULD ALL RECEIVE OUR AGREED CONTRACT RATE. LOW AND BEHOLD, WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE END OF OUR EVENT I HAD RECEIVED MY CHECK, PAID IN FULL!

I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH DEVON AGAIN. IT'S NICE TO WORK WITH AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING AND NOT A FACELESS CORPORATE ENTITY THAT CAN'T EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT AND CUTS CHECKS WHENEVER AND FOR HOWEVER MUCH THEY WANT.

Devon is a true employer.  Usually you get phone calls from the field manager and not the owner, well, Devon calls when he approves you for the job!  I got to enjoy his group at the White Rock Expo in Dallas, Tx promoting the International Delight.  The team was fun to work with and can't wait for another job in the Triple D.  Thanks.

I loved working with Devolution Solutions, it was amazing no run around, everything was well organized and Devon is also the best.

I worked for Devolution Solutions the 23rd 24th and 26th of December for International Delight Iced Coffee in Columbus, OH. This was y second event with this company as I did an Axe promotion earlier in the year. As always it was an amazing experience! I made awesome new friends, everyone was super easy and really great to work with. Not to mention payment came so fast that I was surprised. I planned to not get the money for at least a month after the event, but it came in less than a week! Great time overall, would do it again in a heartbeat!

I managed the Dallas International Delight events for Devon a few months back and I enjoyed every bit of it. As a veteran to this industry it's a breath of fresh air to be able to work for a company that assist from start to finish.  Devon made sure I had what I needed to execute a flawless promotion and was always available if I had questions. To top it off I was paid within a week of each event wish is rare with promotional companies these days. I definitively look forward to working with Devolution Solutions again in the future!

Devon is BY FAR my favorite person to work for. Thanks to him I always have consistent work that pays great and in an extremely timely manner. He is very down to earth, and great to deal with. Lastly, he is a great account manager that maintains a great personal relationship with his staff. While on site with him in LA for an M&M promo, he was very hands on, assisting us with the work and kept the positive vibes flowing. I always look forward to my next job with Devolution Solutions!!!

I've had the pleasure of working with Dev twice and both times were awesome! Payments are fast, everything is dealt with in a super professional way and he's as friendly as they come! If possible, I would only work with Devolution Solutions, Devon is my favorite person to work for and I'd prioritize work from him any day of the week!! =)
