Directory FAQs

We will try to help with any questions regarding our Directory/Marketplace Database. If your question is not answered here, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Please DO NOT add directory listings for websites or job listings. The directory is specifically for companies who are direct suppliers to the Industry.

How does the EventSpeak Supplier Directory work?

As a service to the industry, we have compiled a database of every supplier to the industry, including Staffing Agencies, Marketing Agencies, and Event Technology Companies. Companies can now add their details for free in our database, including a full description, contact details, and links to your website and all social media channels.

Is my company already in the Directory?  

It’s easy to check if your company is listed already. Simply enter your company name at the top right of this page, and hit Enter. The search results cover the whole of this website, but will include your company, if listed.

How do I update my company details?

If your company is already listed, you can either contact us for your login details, or go ahead and add a new entry. We can then delete the old listing for you.

How do I add my company details?

To list your company, simply click here. You can also click the Dashboard button at the top of the screen, register or login, and follow the instructions to add and edit your details.

How do I ensure my listing is prominently displayed?

Once your listing is approved (usually less than 2 hours on a working day), you can choose to upgrade to a Premium Listing. Premium Listings will appear at the top of each directory category, with your company logo, and you can add an additional four graphics to each entry. What are the correct size of logos to upload for my Premium listing?

Your logo will be displayed in search results and on you profile page. We recommend the image dimensions are 200 x 150 pixels, and up to 12k file-size. You can also add an extra 4 images, which are displayed in your profile page. These images can be up to 500 x 500 pixels.Images any larger will be automatically re-sized.
